摘要
通过对铁氧体磁瓦湿法成型内弧与底面隐形裂纹成因的分析,讨论了磁场分布 对隐形裂纹的影响。通过改进模具磁路设计,使压坯密度分布趋于均匀,提高了大弧度磁 瓦产品的成品率。
This paper analyzes forming causes of indistinct cracks on internal are and baseplane of a ferrite tile formed by wet moulding and discusses the influence of magnetic field distribution on indistinct cracks. An improved method, for design of mould magnetic path in order to uniform the density of the tile billet is introduced, then increasing the rate of finished product.
