摘要
采用高聚物微滤材料进行活性炭废水的过滤,其过滤性能的研究结果表明:操作压力为 0.01MPa时,采用孔径 3~ 4um的微滤材料,活性炭回收率大于99%,出水清澈。基本上可全部回用。材料可反复再生使用,寿命长,性能稳定。表明采用高聚物微滤材料处理活性炭废水,是一种行之有效的方法。
For developing the technology for treatment of active carbon waste water, the filterabiligy of polymer microporous materials used for filtration of active carbon waste water is studied. Test results have showed that over 99% of active carbon can be recovered from the waste water with 3 ~ 4 um microporous material at 0.01MPa. The recovered carbon can be regenerated and reused with advantages of long life and stable performance. Therefore, it is an effective and feasible technology for treating active carbon waste water.
