摘要
碳化钨钴聚合粉中钨含量约80%,钴含量为10%~13%,碳约5%。由于钴的 存在,测定铁不宜用光度法[1].试验表明,用盐酸、硝酸与硫酸可以彻底消解样品,从而建 立了AAS法测定碳化钨钴聚合粉中铁的分析方法。
A new material of tungsten-cobalt carbide contains tungsten of about 80%, cobalt of 10 ~ 13% and carbon of 5%. Because of cobalt interference, the photometric method for determination of iron content with orthophenanthroline is not applied to the new material. In this paper, a method of using ACS for direct determination of the iron in the new material dissolved by mixture acid is presented. Tests have shown that this method is rapid and simple for determination of iron content in tungsten-cobalt carbide.
