大型科技企业人力资源开发与管理工作的探讨

摘要 人力资源开发与管理已成为我国科技发展的重要内容,也是转为大型科技企业的研究院建立现代企业制度的首要工作。做好这项工作的目的在于提升智力,激发活力,推动科技进步,促进企业发展。本文探讨了转制后大型科技企业人力资源开发与管理工作的指导思想和开展该项工作的具体内容与做法。 Development and management of human resource has become an important task of scientific and technological development in China as well as the first work in establishing modern enterprise system for the research institutes which have been converted into large State-level scientific and technological companies. The work is targeted to improve intelligence, to stimulate vigour and to enhance scientific and technological development so as to prompt the development of these enterprises . This essay is engaged in framing the guidelines for the development and management of human resource of the large State-level scientific and technological companies. Meanwhile, the concrete content and practice in performance of the work are fully discussed.
