阐述了监理资料的重要性,结合GB 50319-2000建设工程监理规范,GB/T 50328-2001建设工程文件档案整理规范等相关规定,对监理资料进行了综合分析,并探讨了监理资料的作用,论证了监理资料是监理终身责任制的体现这一观点。
With a description on the significance of supervising data,combining with GB 50319-2000 Building Engineering Supervision Norm and GB/T 50328-2001 Building Engineering File Arrangement Norms and so on,it comprehensively analyzes the supervising data,discusses the effect of supervising data,and argues the view that supervising data is the embodiment of supervisor lifelong responsibility system.
