摘要
从空间层次、时间分布和空间分布三个方面分析了基础设施建设对房地产业的影响,然后归纳了房地产业对基础设施建设的直接要求和潜在要求,最终总结出两者间的关系及相互影响,从而为促进两者健康发展提供了政策依据。
This paper analyses the influence of infrastructure construction to realty business from spatial levels,time distribution and spatial distribution three aspects,then summarizes the direct requirements and potential requirements from realty business to infrastructure construction,and finally concludes the relationship and influence between them,and provide policy basis for promoting the healthy development of both.
