浅谈工程项目现场管理

系统地对工程项目现场管理进行了分析研究,提出了工程项目现场管理主要是抓好安全、质量、进度、成本四方面工作的论点,围绕论点用举例子、摆事实、讲道理等方法进行充分论证,提出了安全是前提,质量是根本,进度是保障,成本是核心四个分论点,通过论证,得出这四方面是相互影响、相互制约的有机统一整体。

The paper has the analysis and research on the field management of the engineering programs,points out the field management in the engineering program should start from the highlights on the safety,the quality,the progress and the costs,and proves the ideas by taking examples,showing facts and making senses,and points out the safety is the premise,the quality is the basement,the progress is the guarantee and the costs is the core,and concludes the four aspects are indispensable and co-existent to be the organized whole.
