摘要 1病例资料患者,女,29岁,BMI 19.1。24年前诊断为Ⅰ型糖尿病,3年前妊娠体检发现丙型肝炎抗体（HCV IgG阳性。产后42 d复诊查丙型肝炎病毒基因型为1b,HCV RNA 8.6×105IU/ml。肝功能：ALT 181.3 U/L,AST 266.6 U/L,TBil 8.8μmol/L,Alb 42.2 g/L;
