摘要 本文采用差示扫描量热(DSC)从等温结晶和非等温结晶动力学两方面研究了5种不同添加剂的 PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)体系的结晶行为和对形态的影响.结果表明:有机酸盐比金属氢氧化物具有更明显的成核效果.较明显地加快了结晶速率,减小晶体尺寸和增加结构均匀性.在 DSC 曲线上,熔融结晶峰(T_(mc))和冷结晶峰(T_(cc))的差值比未改性的 PET 增加了14℃,扩大了结晶温度范围,有利于改进现有 PET 薄膜的加工性,这已为东方绝缘材料厂的中试所验证. In the paper,the effect of five additive agents on crystallization behavior and morphology has been studied by DSC method on the basis of isothermal and nonisothermal crystallization kinetics.The results show that the nucleating ef- fect of organic acid salt is greater than that of metal-hydroxide,and obviously enhances the rate of crystallization,decreases the crystal size and increases con- struction homogeneity.The curve of DSC reveals that the temperature differ- ence of melting crystallization peaks (T_(mc)) from cold crystallization peaks(T_(cc)) has increasbd by 14℃,and the increase of crystallization temperature range is favorable to the improvement of workablity of PET present,whith has already been reconfirmod by the middling experiment of Dongfang Insulation Material Factory.
