摘要
紫金山铜矿属大型低品位硫化铜矿,矿石中目的矿物以蓝辉铜矿、铜蓝为主,且与细粒黄铁矿紧密共生。由于原矿品位低,铜的回收率对该矿的开发利用意义重大。试验研究在详细的工艺矿物学研究和多种工艺流程对比试验基础上,采用适合矿石性质的分步优先浮选流程,解决了矿石中主要目的矿物易过粉碎,而铜硫共生密切、难以解离的问题。分步优先浮选流程获得铜回收率95.03% ,已接近岩矿鉴定推算的理论回收率。
Zijingshan copper deposit is a big sulphide copper deposit with low copper grade.Major copper minerals are chalcocite and covellite which tightly associate with fine pyrite.Based on the mineralogical examination of the ore and the comparative tests of flotation flowsheets,the two stage preferential flotation flowsheet,which overcome the difficulties of easily overgrinding of copper minerals and difficult to libere of copper minerals from pyrite,is chosen to creat the ore.The copper recovery reach to 95.03% by using the chosen flowsheet.
