代谢组学技术在肾脏病研究中的应用 被引量：9

摘要 代谢产物作为生物体各种病理生理过程的最终产物,其整体表现能够为深入了解机体生理现象及病理机制提供丰富而实用的信息[1].生命体某一时刻下所有小分子代谢物质的集合称为代谢组（metabolome）.代谢组学（metabolomics或metabonomics）则是一种针对机体代谢产物进行全面定性定量分析的组学研究技术.
