Effects of Benazepril on TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in patients with essential hypertension

摘要目的:观察贝那普利对原发性高血压患者肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:30例原发性高血压患者用贝那普利治疗8周,分别于治疗前后检测患者血清TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平。结果:经贝那普利治疗后,收缩压和舒张压均显著下降(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平均下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利降压治疗同时可以降低原发性高血压患者炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平,抑制炎症反应,有益于血压的控制。 Objective：To investigate the effects of benazepril on serum TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP levels in patients with essential hypertension.Method：A total of 30 patients with essential hypertension was treated with benazepril for 8 weeks.The changes of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP levels in blood were observed.Result：The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP levels in blood signifiantly decreased after tretmnent（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion：Benazepril reduces the expression of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in patients with essential hypertension.
