垫舌簧活动矫治器矫治乳前牙反三种施力装置的疗效对比研究

Comparative the effciency of three kinds of removable appliance with posterior bite plate and lingual spring applying on correcting deciduous anterior crossbite

目的:寻求一种省时、便捷、有效的垫舌簧加力装置矫治乳前牙反,提高临床工作效率。方法:选择乳前牙反病例22例,随机分为三组。第一组10例应用普通牙科不锈钢丝制作双曲舌簧上颌垫活动矫治器、第二组6例用正畸不绣钢丝制作双曲舌簧上颌垫活动矫治器,第三组6例用正畸不绣钢丝制作双圈曲舌簧上颌垫活动矫治器,分别于1、3、5周复诊加力一次,观察比较三组病例的矫正时间及复诊次数。结果:第一组平均矫正时间10.2周,平均复诊次数10.2次。第二组平均治愈时间10周,平均复诊次数3.7次。第三组平均治愈时间9.7周,平均复诊次数2.3次。三者相比较,矫治时间无显著差异(P>0.05),但平均复诊次数却有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:固定正畸用不锈钢丝双圈曲舌簧垫活动矫治器能省时、有效地矫治乳前牙反,可提高临床工作效率。

Objective：To seek a time-saving,convenient,effective removable appliance with posterior bite plate and lingual spring applying on correcting deciduous anterior crossbite,improve clinical working effciency.Method：22 examples of deciduous anterior crossbite were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly.The first group of stainless steel wire,the second group of orthodontic stainless steel wire produced a hyperbolic reed events maxillary splint appliance,the third group of orthodontic stainless steel wire produced double coil reed events maxillary splint treatment,respectively,a 1,3,5-week return visit afterburner.Observe and compare the treatment time and the visit times.Result：The first group,the average treatment time of about 71.4 days,an average visit times of about 10.2 times.The second group,the average cure time of about 70 days,average visit times of about 3.7 times.The third group,the average treatment time of about 67.9 days on average about 2.3 times per example.Through the comparsion of the three groups,the cure time has not remarkable difference（P 0.05）,but the average subsequent visit times has the significance difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Removable appliance with posterior bite plate and double coil reed is time-saving,convenient and effective,and can improve clinical working effciency.
