超声引导经皮穿刺活检在面颈部肿物诊断中的应用 被引量:1

Diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy in the masses of cervical-facial region

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺组织学活检在面颈部肿物诊断中的价值。方法:59例面颈部肿物患者,其中面部8例,口底区13例,颈部38例。病变范围最大35 mm×58 mm,最小8 mm×11 mm。用自动活检枪和活检切割针行超声引导下经皮穿刺活检。观察诊断结果及并发症。结果:本组穿刺成功率100%,取材满意率96.61%(57/59)。50例获得明确病理诊断,其中炎症14例,良性肿瘤10例,恶性肿瘤26例;其余9例非确诊性结论中有5例描述性结论和4例提示性诊断。穿刺后有2例(3.39%)患者出现穿刺区明显疼痛,未发现有其它严重并发症。结论:超声引导经皮穿刺面颈部肿物组织学活检是一种简便、安全、有效且诊断准确性高的方法。 Objective:To evaluate the role and safety of ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy in the masses of cervical-facial region.Method:Fifty-nine patients with various masses,including 8 patients in facial region,13 patients in the floor of mouth region,and 38 patients in cervical region,underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy by using BARD auto-biopsy gun and biopsy needle.The maximal lesion was 35 mm×58 mm,and the minimal one was 8 mm×11 mm.The diagnostic results and the complications were recorded and evaluated.Result:The successful rate of this percutaneous biopsy was 100% and the satisfactory rate of the tissue sample was 96.61 %(57/59).Fifty patients got specific pathology diagnosis,including 14 patients with inflammation,10 patients with benign tumor,and 26 patients with malignant tumor.The other nine patients got five descriptive conclusions and four suggestive diagnoses.No serious complication occurred except two patients showed obvious pain(3.39 %).Conclusion:Percutaneous biopsy with ultrasound guidance can be used conventionally,safely and efficiently for diagnosing masses in the cervical-facial region.
