摘要 目的了解汕头大学医学院第二附属医院2007-2010年临床感染的茵群分布及其耐药性。方法用VlTEK-AMS微生物自动鉴定仪鉴定菌种和药敏试验,按NCCLS M7解释结果。结果革兰阴性杆菌数量明显多于革兰阳性球菌,4年中,分别有609、677、665、733株,占各年度鉴定菌株的54.O%、54.6%、49.0%、52.8%。真菌感染比例从7.2%至10.7%,逐年增多;医院感染病原菌耐药率高并有继续升高趋势。结论2007-2010年医院检出病原菌耐药性不断增强,加强病原菌及其耐药率监测对指导临床合理用药至关重要,真菌感染不容忽视。 Objective To find out the clinical infection pathogen distribution and drug resistance from 2007 to 2010 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. Methods The VITEK-AMS were used to identify pathogens and drug sensitivity tests. The results of examination were judged according to NCCLS M7 standard. Results The total strains of gram negative bacilli were more than gram positive coccus. In the four years, the gram negative bacilli were detected 609, 677, 665, 733 strains, occupied the rates of 54.0%, 54.6%, 49.0%, 52.8% respectively. The percentage of fungi increased sharply year by year. The drug resistance of pathogens was increased markedly. Comclusions The drug resistance of pathogem bacteria in our hospital is boosting up from 2007 to 2010. It is of paramount importance to enhance the monitoring of pathogenic bacteria and their resistance for guiding reasonable clinical medication. More attention should be paid to fungal infection.
