摘要
用离子交换、等体积浸渍法分别制备了CuY 分子筛系列催化剂, 考察了它们对N2O 分解的催化活性。结果表明: CuY 催化剂的活性, 随着Cu2 + 交换度的增大而提高; 焙烧温度对催化性能有显著影响; 离子交换法制备的CuY 活性显著优于浸渍法。
The CuY molecular sieve series catalyst was prepared by using the ion exchange and equivalent volume soak method. Its activity for N 2O decomposition was investigated. The result shown that the CuY catalytic activity is increasing as the Cu 2+ exchange extent increasing. The effect of calcination temperature on catalytic activity is obvious. Catalytic activity of CuY prepared by ion exchange method is high than the soak method.
