摘要
对高变质程度无烟煤的热爆性进行了研究, 实验结果表明, 无烟煤的变质程度和原煤粒度对煤的热爆性均有不同程度影响, 其热稳定性值TS6 ~13 变化于10 % ~95 % 的很大范围内。对原煤进行适当热处理可降低煤的热爆性能, 提高其热稳定性; 在实验范围内, 随着预处理时间增加和预处理温度提高, 热爆煤的热爆性大大降低甚至消失, 有的热稳定性值达到95 % 以上。
The thermal cracking property of high rank anthracite was studied. The test results shown that both the coal rank and particle size have some effect on thermal cracking ability of anthracite and the thermal stability values TS 6-13 vary from 10% to 90%. The preheat treatment of raw coals can reduce their thermal cracking and improve the thermal stability. Under the test range, the thermal cracking reducing even disappears by increasing preheat time and preheat temperature, and some coals' thermal stability value is great than 95% after treatment.
