摘要
以TC8钛合金为例,对比研究了计算法和连续升温金相法测定合金相变温度的准确性。结果表明,采用计算方法获得TC8钛合金的相变点为1021.29℃,与金相法测得的结果(1017.5℃)很接近,误差在4℃以内。因此,计算法在一定程度上可以替代金相法使用。
The beta transform temperature of TC8 titanium alloy was determined using calculation method and metallographic method.The results show that the calculated beta transform temperature is 1021.29 ℃,which is very close to the result by metallographic method.The error between the calculation method and the metallographic method is within 4 ℃.Therefore,both the calculation method and the metallographic method can be used to determine the beta transform temperature of TC8 titanium alloy.
