摘要
根据Al及其合金的极化曲线来调节时间和电流密度,确定其工艺参数并进行电解抛光,阐述阳极氧化膜的成长机理及生长过程,讨论了氧化时间与膜厚的关系。结果表明:低电压、小电流密度时电解抛光效果比较好,在一定时间范围内,阳极氧化膜随时间的延长而增厚;并且对膜表面进行XRD的成分分析发现,膜表面含有一定的非晶态和晶态Al2O3。
Time and current density was adjusted according to Al alloy and its polarization curves,then electrolytic polishing was done.This anodized growth mechanism and the growth process was introduced.The relationship between the oxidation film and thickness was discussed.The results show that the electrolytic polishing with low voltage and low current density has better effect.In a certain time,the thickness of anodic film increases with the increase of time.Membrane composition analysis results show that a certain of amorphous and Al2O3 crystal in anodic film was found by XRD.
