摘要
通过X-射线衍射分析方法,对M2钢的软氮化渗层中铁素体相的衍射峰积分强度随渗层深度的变化规律进行分析,发现其软氮化渗层中氮碳化合物总含量与铁素体相衍射峰积分强度呈负相关性,提出了一种宏观测定渗层氮碳化合物总体积相对百分含量的方法。依此方法测算了M2钢的软氮化渗层的氮碳化合物相对体积百分比的分布曲线。
The change rules of diffraction peak intensity of soft ferrite phase in M2 steel nitride layer with the depth of nitride layer were analyzed by XRD.The results show that the relation between the total nitrogen content of ferrite phase soft-nitride layer of carbon compounds and the diffraction peak intensity points is a negative correlation.A method of measuring nitrogen content of carbide relative volume fraction was obtained.The distribution curves of ferrite relative volume fraction were calculated using this method.
