摘要
采用深冷技术处理7A04铝合金,通过金相组织分析和力学性能测试,研究了深冷处理对7A04铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用480℃×80min+120℃×4h深冷+120℃×16h工艺处理后,7A04铝合金的晶粒细化,强度显著提高。
By means of cryogenic treatment for 7A04 Al alloy,the effects of cryogenic treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A04 Al alloy were studied by micrographic analysis and mechanical properties test.The results show that the strength of 7A04 Al alloy can be highly increased and grain size is reduced after the cryogenic process,solutionizing at 480 ℃ for 80 min and aging at 120 ℃ for 4 h and cryogenic treatment and then aging at 120 ℃for 16 h.
