摘要
对生产六角凸缘铣尾自攻螺钉的原材料SWRCH22A钢的化学成分和综合性能进行检测,通过扫描电镜、光学显微镜检验分析了断裂螺钉组织情况。结果表明:螺钉发生断裂是由于热处理不当引起的淬火裂纹扩展所致,并提供有效的改进措施,解决了螺钉断裂问题。
The chemical composition and comprehensive performance of raw materials for hexagon flange self-tapping screws-SWRCH 22A steel was measured,and microstructure of fracture self-screws was studied by SEM and OM.The results show that the screw breakage is due to quenching crack from improper heat treatment.The effective improvement measures to solve the problem of screw breakage are provided.
