摘要
目的:探讨临床联合应用Bio-Oss和Bio-Guide生物膜在修复牙周骨缺损中的临床效果。方法:对48例48个牙周病骨缺损进行随机分组,分别采用联合Bio-Oss和Bio-Guide生物膜和单独Bio-Guide生物膜充填修复,临床随访追踪观察12个月,从骨质质量,CT测量以及探诊深度(PD)的相关变化,评估联合Bio-Oss和Bio-Guide生物膜技术在修复牙周病骨缺损的临床应用效果。结果:联合应用Bio-Oss和Bio-Guide生物膜修复牙周病骨缺损区较单独使用Bio-Guide生物膜更有效,骨缺损区有新骨生成,骨密度增高,在骨缺损处新生骨接近周围正常骨。结论:Bio-Oss和Bio-Guide生物膜能有效促进牙周病骨组织再生,用于牙周组织重建的效果较好。
AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of Bio-Oss and Bio-Guide techniques in treating alveolar bone defects due to periodontitis. METHODS: Forty-eight patients with bone defects due to periodontitis were chosen in this clinical trial. In the experiment group Bio-Oss and Bio-Guide were placed in the areas with alveolar bone defect, while in the control group only Bio-Guide was used. The patients were followed up at three, six, nine and twelve months after operation. The response of Bio-Oss and Bio-Guide was evaluated with clinical parameters, X-ray examination and CT measurement. RESULTS: The Bio-Oss and Bio-Guide could accelerate the bone regeneration for periodontal bone defect, which was more effective than the Bio-Guide. New bone formation could be observed at periodontal bone defect, which was close to around jaw bone. CONCLUSION: The Bio-Oss and Bio-Guide have strong biological compatibility and can effectively guide regeneration of new bone.
