The paper introduced new features in the sci-tech novelty retrieval along with implementing of the National Intellectual Property Strategy Compendium. and sci-tech novelty retrieval services and patent information consulting services related to intellectual property timely carried out by the metallurgical sci-tech novelty retrieval and consultation center, adapting to the new situation and meeting the multi-faceted needs of enterprises.
