摘要
以截割理论为基础,建立了滚筒的不同排列模式及其最佳截线距的计算公式以及该街载荷波动的数学模型.在此基础上编制了计算机辅助设计的计算机程序.其中考虑了滚筒多数及排列模式的选择、制造的可能性及降低载荷波动为目的的截齿排列搭配参数的优选.
Based on the cutting thories, this paper presented the mathetical models on calculation of optimum cutting-distances of different pick-lacing model and shearer drum loads variance. On the basis of the alove,it worked out computer aid design programs including reasonable selection of drum parameters and pick-lacing m0deies as well as the feasibilty of manufacture. The wticle also provided the optimtun selection of picklacing co-ordinating parameters in order to decrease the variance of drum loads.
