经尿道电切联合气化电切治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤31例

Transurethral resection combined with transurethral vaporization in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor:A report of 31 cases

目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)联合经尿道膀胱肿瘤气化电切术(TVBT)治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法采用TURBT联合TVBT治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤31例,术后常规行膀胱灌注化疗。结果本组31例膀胱肿瘤均一次切除,平均手术时间30 min,无膀胱出血及膀胱穿孔等并发症发生。24例获得随访0.5～4年,平均随访2年,肿瘤复发6例,其中原位复发4例,异位复发2例。结论 TURBT联合TVBT治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤,具有手术操作简单,损伤小,出血少,手术速度快,疗效可靠等优点。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder tumor（TURBT） combined with transurethral vaporization of bladder tumor（TVBT） in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.Methods 31 patients with bladder tumor were treated with TURBT combined with TVBT.After operation,drugs were conventionally used through vesical instillation for chemotherapy.Results 31 patients were successfully treated by this method.The average operation span was 30min.No complications occurred such as vesical perforation or vesical haemorrhage.Follow-up was conducted in 24 cases for 0.5～4 years（mean 2 years）.Six cases had recurrence in which 4 were in situ,the other 2 were in ectopia.Conclusion In treating superficial bladder tumor,TURBT combined with TVBT has such advantages as simple operations,less lesion,less blood loss,faster surgical manipulation,and reliable efficacy.
