足背分叶皮瓣在手部多指软组织缺损中的应用(附24例报告)

Application of lobulated flap from instep in the repair of parenchyma defect of multiple fingers(24 cases reported)

目的报道足背分叶皮瓣修复多指软组织缺损的临床效果。方法临床应用以胫前足背血管为主干,跗内侧、第I跖背、跗外侧血管为分支构成足内侧、第I跖背、足外侧,二叶或三叶皮瓣移植修复手部多指软组织缺损24例。结果术后2例皮瓣有2叶坏死,22例分叶皮瓣全部成活。结论足内侧,第I跖背,足外侧,二叶或三叶皮瓣游离移植修复多指软组织缺损是可行的,效果满意,是临床较理想选择的皮瓣之一。

Objective To report the clinical effects of the lobulated flap from the instep in the repair of parenchyma defect of multiple fingers.Methods 24 cases of the parenchyma defect of multiple fingers were repaired with the trifoliated flap from instep.The anterior tibial blood vessel of instep is the main stem of flap＇s blood vessel,and the medial aspect,lateral aspect,and first dorsal metatarsal area blood vessels of foot are the branches.Results Two foliate flaps of 2 cases were putrescent.But trifoliated flaps of the other 22 cases survived.Conclusion Dissociating trifoliated flaps from instep is feasible for the repair of parenchyma defect of multiple fingers and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
