摘要 地铁杂散电流腐蚀是影响地铁用混凝土耐久性很重要的因素之一。通过对胶凝材料中掺加粉煤灰和矿粉提高混凝土电阻的方式,来优化地铁用混凝土的配合比设计。结果表明,粉煤灰和矿粉能有效地提高混凝土的密实程度,减小混凝土的孔溶液离子浓度,从而提高混凝土的电阻。同时,粉煤灰和矿粉的掺入减小了混凝土的电阻压敏性,为地铁用混凝土配合比设计提供了依据。 Stray current corrosion is one of the most important factors affecting the durability of concrete for subway. Mix proportion design of concrete for subway was optimized by admixing fly ash/ground slag into cementitous material to increase resistance of concrete. The results showed that fly ash and slag could effectively improve the density of concrete and reduce the ion concentration of pore solution in concrete to enhance the resistance of concrete. Meanwhile, admixture of fly ash and slag would reduce the pressure sensitivity of the resistance of concrete for subway. The paper provides a reference for mix proportion design of concrete for subway.
