摘要
对电厂循环水系统优化运行涉及到的几个关键问题进行探讨。首先对循环水流量的确定的仪器测量法、特性曲线交点法及运行数据计算法进行分析,指出了各种方法的特点。然后计算研究了基于最佳真空、考虑冷却水价格及基于综合成本煤耗率的3种优化准则对优化运行结果的影响。最后计算分析了冷却管结垢对循环水系统的优化运行结果的影响。
It was discussed about key problems in optimal operation of circulating water system in power plant. First of all, it was analyzed for three circulating water flow determining methods of instrument measure,characteristic curve intersection point as well as operation data calculate and point their characteristics. After that,it was studied different optimal criterion of optima/ vacuum . consider cooling water price as well as integrated cost coal consumption rate which affect optimal operation results. Final, it was calculated that optimal operation results of circulating water system were influenced by cooling water tube produce dirty.
