摘要
采用数值模拟的方法,对DZL型蒸汽锅炉烟箱内烟气流场进行了分析,发现第三回程的烟管中烟气流速分布和烟管管口处剪切应力分布明显不均匀。对烟箱结构进行了优化,优化后的模拟结果显示烟箱的形状和容积均对烟管中烟气流速分布和烟管管口处剪切应力分布有影响,并给出了最佳值:对于DZL 2—10—AⅡ型锅炉烟箱的最佳结构是宽度为0.45 m的圆角形烟箱。
Analyzed flow field of DZL steam boiler smokebox by numerical simulation.It was found that the velocity distribution of flue gas in smoke tube and the shear stress distribution in orifice were not uniform obviously in the 3rd backthrough.The optimization of smokebox was made by CFD software.The result showed that the shape and volume of smokebox would influence the velocity distribution of flue gas in smoke tube and the shear stress distribution in orifice.Fillet type smoke box with 0.45 m width was the optimal structure of DZL 2—10—AⅡ type boiler smokebox.
