通过计算机模拟计算和经验判断,结合一台100 t电弧炉余热锅炉的设计,在锅炉结构优化的同时有效解决了锅炉面临的积灰、水循环、适应性及热膨胀等关键问题。
By the computer simulation and experience judgment,with a 100 t EAF waste heat boiler design,the structure of the boiler was optimized and the problems of boiler fouling,water cycle,adaptation and thermal expansion and other key issues,which existed in the boiler operation,were solved.
