Research Progress in Relationship between Toll-like Receptor,Interferon-α and Leukemia

Toll样受体(TLRs)是一类天然免疫的模式识别受体,主要通过识别病原相关分子模式来迅速激活天然免疫系统,并且能够诱导获得性免疫的产生。TLRs在细胞信号转导、细胞凋亡、肿瘤等发生过程中扮演着重要角色,并且近年来TLRs在白血病方面的研究已取得一定进展。干扰素α(IFNα-)具有广谱的抗肿瘤活性,目前已被广泛应用于临床各种肿瘤的辅助治疗。TLRs和IFNα-在白血病方面的研究已引起广泛关注。

Toll-like receptors（TLRs）,which rapidly stimulate innate immune system and induce the generation of adaptive immunity through identifying pathogen related molecules,are a kind of pattern recognition receptors of innate immunity.TLRs play an important role in the processes of cellular signal transduction,apoptosis,cancer genesis and etc,.In recent years progress has been made in the research of TLRs with leukemia.Interferon-α（IFN-α）has a broad-spectrum anti-tumor activity,and has been widely used in clinical adjuvant treatment of various tumors.The research of TLRs and IFN-αin leukemia has attracted extensive attention.
