摘要
哮喘是由多种细胞和细胞组分参与的呼吸道慢性炎症性疾患。其发病机制复杂,T淋巴细胞中CD4+T细胞在哮喘的发生发展中起重要作用。目前认为Th1/Th2失衡可导致Th2极化反应,并释放大量细胞因子产生呼吸道慢性炎症;CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞通过细胞接触和分泌细胞因子抑制哮喘的发展;Th17主要是通过分泌细胞因子参与炎性反应。
Asthma is a chronic airway inflammation disease,the mechanism of which is complex involving various cells and components.CD4 +T cell plays an important role in the occurrence of asthma.Present research sustains that the imbalance between Th1/Th2 may result in polarization of Th2,which then releases a great quantity of inflammatory cytokines;CD4 +CD25 +Tr can alleviate asthma through cell contact and secreting cytokine;Th17 is involved in inflammatory reaction by secreting relevant cytokine.
