摘要 p53上调凋亡调控因子(puma)可通过p53依赖途径和p53非依赖途径诱导多种肿瘤细胞的凋亡,可能在肿瘤及自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展和治疗中发挥重要的作用,并有望成为人类肿瘤和凋亡相关疾病治疗的新靶点。现就其结构和功能、促凋亡作用、化学药物对多种细胞株中puma表达水平的影响、其他转录途径调节以及转录后调节puma予以综述。 p53 up-regulated modulator of apoptosis(puma)acts as an essential mediator of apoptosis via p53-dependent and p53-independent mechanisms,which may play a prominent role in the formation,development,treatment of tumors and autoimmune diseases.It can be potentially used as a new target for anticancer and apoptosis-associated diseases therapy.Here is to review its structural characteristics,function,pro-apoptotic role,chemical drugs influence on the expression of puma in several cell lines,other transcription pathways regulation and post-transcription regulation of puma.
