慢性阻塞性肺疾病与病毒感染的研究进展

The Research Progress of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Virus Infection

近年来,随着病毒检测技术的飞速发展,下呼吸道的病毒检出率明显提高。病毒作为呼吸系统疾病的一种常见病原菌,在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发生发展中的作用逐渐引起了人们的关注。然而,对于病毒感染是参与COPD的发病机制还是诱发COPD急性加重,以及它的作用机制是等同于细菌感染还是与之不同等各类相关问题仍存在争议。现就近年有关COPD与病毒感染的研究进展予以综述。

In recent years,with the rapid development of virus detection technology,the detection rate of the lower respiratory virus has obviously improved,and then as a common pathogen in respiratory disease,the effect of the virus on the pathogenesis of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）gradually received people′s attention.However,controversies still remain in some issues such as if the viral infection is contributing to the pathogensis of COPD or provocating acute exacerbation of COPD,if its mechanism is the same as the bacterial infection or differs greatly.This review will focus on the research progress of COPD and viral infection in recent years.
