摘要
胺碘酮作为Ⅲ类抗心律失常药,被广泛用于各种心率失常的治疗中。胺碘酮在发挥抗心律失常生物效应的同时,释放大量的碘元素,增加甲状腺合成甲状腺激素的功能,扰乱体内甲状腺激素的正常代谢。并且通过直接的细胞毒性和间接反馈作用,致甲状腺组织损伤。对于胺碘酮诱发的甲状腺组织损伤,可以根据病情采取药物、手术以及放射性碘等相应治疗。
Amiodarone is type Ⅲ antiarrhythmic drug,which generally applied in the treatments of arrhythmia.The amiodarone could release large of iodine while as taking out its antiarrhythmic effect,which increasing the synthesis of thyroid function and disrupting the metabolism process of thyroid hormone.Finally,the thyroid gland get injury.The amiodarone-induced injury may be treated with medicine,surgery and radioactive iodine.
