摘要
目的总结经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的手术技巧及治疗效果。方法对126例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术,术后常规化疗药物膀胱灌注。结果 126例1次切除。平均手术时间为35 min。2例术中临界膀胱穿孔,全组无输血。126例均获随访,1年内复发率为8.7%,总复发率为18例(14.3%)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术操作简便,出血少,手术视野清晰,去除肿瘤效果满意,同时能降低术中膀胱穿孔的发生率,提高手术的安全性,极大地降低术后复发率。
Objective To summarize the operation technique and treatment effect of TVBt.Methods 126 cases with superficial bladder tumor were treated with TVBt and bladder irrigation with conventional chemotherapy drugs after the operation.Results One-time resection in all 126 cases with an average operating time of 35 minutes.Two cases suffer from critical bladder perforation during operation.No patients needed blood transfusion.All the 126 cases were followed up for 5 years or longer,among which 11 patients（8.7%）experienced recurrence in 1 year.A total of 18 cases（14.3%）relapsed during 5 years.Conclusion TVBt is easy and simple to handle with less bleedingand clear vision during operation,and satisfying tumor removal effect,which can also lower the occurrence of bladder perforation,improve the operation security and lower the recurrence.
