改良无蒂胸骨翻转术治疗小儿漏斗胸

The Treatment for Funnel Chest with Modified Non-pedicled Sterno-Turnover Surgery

目的探讨无蒂胸骨翻转术治疗小儿先天性漏斗胸手术及治疗经验,并讨论相关应用的研究结果。方法自1995~2010年采用新式无蒂胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸53例,后期病例术前增加了胸部CT、肺功能等检查,以及在相关的应用研究中,不断总结治疗经验,完善手术操作。结果 53例均顺利完成手术,术后效果明显。1例胸骨后感染,1例伤口感染,早期2例皮下积液,经对症治疗后均痊愈出院。术后住院8~22 d,平均10 d。随访6个月至8年,无一例复发。结论改良无蒂胸骨翻转术治疗小儿先天性漏斗胸近远期效果满意。

To summarize the non-pedicled sterno-turnover surgery for congenital funnel chest and the experiences and discuss the application of the research findings.Methods 53 cases of funnel chest from 1996 to 2010 were treated with modified of non-pedicled sterno-turnover surgery,in later cases preoperative chest CT,pulmonary function and other tests were added,and the treatment experiences were constantly accumulated and operations were improved through related application research.Results 53 patients were successfully operated with good effect.1 case of sternum infection,1 case of wound infection,2 cases of early subcutaneous fluid occured,which were cured after symptomatic treatment.Postoperative hospitalization time 8~22 days with an average of 10 days.6 months to 8 years follow-ups were done,no recurrence.Conclusion The effect of new non-pedicled sterno-turnover surgery for congenital funnel chest in short and long term are both satisfactory.
