西安市售红富士苹果中的六六六

Determination of BHC and DDT Residues in Fuji Apple in Market of Xi'an City

摘要 目的建立测定苹果中六六六和滴滴涕农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法,测定西安市售的红富士苹果中的六六六和滴滴涕残留量。方法苹果捣碎用乙腈提取,盐析,用氮吹仪吹干,正己烷溶解,Florisil柱净化,滤液再次氮吹近干,正己烷定容,采用DB-1毛细管柱分离,ECD检测器测定。结果 6种六六六和滴滴涕能较好地分离,峰面积与其浓度均具有良好线性,3个水平的加标回收率在90.0%~106.1%之间,相对标准偏差均小于8.0%。采集的20份样品中,六六六和滴滴涕的残留量均符合国家标准要求。结论该方法简便,快速,灵敏,准确,可以满足苹果中六六六滴滴涕农药检测的需要。 [ Objective ] To establish a method for determination of BHC and DDT residues in apple by gas chromatography ( GC ) and use it to determine BHC and DDT residues in Fuji Apple in market of Xihn City. [Methods]The Apple mash was determined by electron capture detector(ECD) with DB-1 capillary column and ECD detector after acetonitrile extraction, salting-out, concentration, Florisil column purification, and dissolved to constant volume with n-hexane. [ Results ] The separation was well for 6 kinds of BHC, and the good linearity was obtained. The average recoveries at 3 concentration levels ranged from 90.0% - 106.1% , with relative standard deviations all under 8.0%. [ Conclusion] This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, it can be applied to determine BHC and DDT residues in apple.
