某企业职工职业健康知识认知和需求分析

Occupational Health Knowledge and Demand Analysis of Workers in An Enterprise

目的调查企业职工职业卫生知识、健康知识知晓情况和行为生活习惯。方法采用统一调查表格的问卷方式,对某发动机企业职工职业卫生和一般健康知识认知需求展开调查。结果 14.2%的被调查者不知道《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》(简称《职业病防治法》),即使知道,但不了解《职业病防治法》的占36.5%,一般了解的占47.2%,对《职业病防治法》清楚的占2.1%。另外,有93.8%的被调查者认为吸烟有害健康。对于高血压的定义能够正确认知的占被调查对象的48.6%。有96.4%的被调查对象知道一些艾滋病防治知识,但仍有12.1%的人认为空气飞沫传播是艾滋病传播途径。结论该企业职工职业卫生防治和一般健康知识欠缺,需要对企业职工开展职业健康知识的教育工作。

[Objective]To investigate the occupational knowledge levels,awareness and behavior habits of workers in an enterprise.[Methods]A unified questionnaire survey was performed to investigate the demand of occupational health knowledge and general health knowledge among workers in an engine manufacturer.[Results]The results showed 14.2% didn＇t know ＂Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases＂;36.5% knew the law but not familiar with it;47.2% knew it but not in detail;2.1% understand the law;furthermore,93.8% knew smoking was bad for health;.48.6% knew the definition of hypertension exactly;96.4% knew some knowledge about AIDS,but 12.1% still thought that AIDS was air-borne infectious disease.[Conclusion]The level of workers＇occupational health knowledge is low.It is necessary to carry out health education about occupational health.
