摘要
目的探讨电焊对作业人员心血管方面的影响。方法选择某船舶制造业电焊专职人员231人作为电焊作业组,并选择同公司非电焊作业人员192人作为对照组,进行内科、血压及心电图的检查。结果研究对象内科检查均未发现异常,心电图异常主要为窦性心律不齐、窦性心动过缓、窦性心动过速等。电焊作业组血压异常率为6.1%,对照组为2.6%;电焊作业组心电图异常率为22.1%,对照组为17.7%,两组血压及心电图的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论暂未发现电焊对作业人员的心血管功能方面存在影响。
[Objective]To discuss the welding on cardiovascular function of welders.[Methods]Totally,231 welders and 192 control workers who were not welders in a ship building enterprise were enrolled.Examination of internal medicine,blood pressure and electrocardiogram（ECG） were carried out.[Results]There were no abnormal examination result of internal medicine in all workers.The abnormal ECG mainly manifested sinus arrhythmia,sinus bradycardia,sinus tachycardia,etc.The abnormal rate of blood pressure and ECG of welders was 6.1% and 22.1%,respectively,those of control workers was 2.6% and 17.7%,respectively;the differences were not significant（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]It has not been found that welding causes any effect on the cardiovascular function of welders
