湖北省咸宁市2004—2010年学校突发公共卫生事件流行病学分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Public Health Emergencies in Schools in Xianning City of Hubei Province from 2004 to 2010

目的了解湖北省咸宁市2004—2010年报告的学校突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,为今后预防、控制及有效处理学校突发公共卫生事件提供科学依据。方法依据2004—2010年咸宁市各地通过国家"突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统"报告并进行调查处置的学校突发公共卫生事件信息,采用描述流行病学的方法对资料数据进行统计分析。结果咸宁市2004—2010年共报告学校突发公共卫生事件14起,占同期突发公共卫生事件报告总起数的45.16%。具有"以呼吸道传播的疫苗可预防传染病(丙类)为主、春夏季多发、农村学校频发"的流行特征。结论突发公共卫生事件在学校频发的特点,提醒要更加关注学校卫生工作,尤其是农村学校的传染病预防控制。而突发公共卫生事件报告的及时性、规范性也应是今后工作的重点。

[Objective]To learn the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in schools in Xianning city of Hubei province from 2004 to 2010,provide the scientific basis for prevention,control and effectively handling the public health emergencies in schools in the future.[Methods]According to the information of public health emergencies in schools which were reported by national public health emergency reporting information system and were investigated,the data were statistically analyzed with descriptive epidemiological methods.[Results]From 2004 to 2010,14 public health emergencies in schools were reported in Xianning city,which accounted for 45.16% of total public health emergencies in the same period.The epidemiological characteristics included： most of diseases were respiratory infectious diseases（Class C） which can be prevented by vaccination,a majority of cases occurred in spring and summer,and events were frequently reported in rural schools.[Conclusion]The frequent report of public health emergencies in schools indicated that school health should be paid more attention to,especially prevention and control of infectious diseases in rural schools.The future focus is timely and normative report of public health emergencies.
