摘要
目的分析对2型糖尿病前期(IGR)患者进行糖尿病防治教育、饮食控制、适量运动和心理疏导等干预措施对其血糖转归的作用。方法将某社区300例IGR患者随机平均分为两组,一组按照我国糖尿病防治指南中的原则进行干预,为干预组;另一组除定期检测血糖外,无任何干预措施,为未干预组。结果 1年后发现,干预组有18.7%的IGR患者血糖水平转归为正常,2%出现糖尿病并发症。而未干预组有1.3%的IGR患者血糖水平转归为正常,4.7%出现糖尿病并发症。两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对IGR患者进行糖尿病防治教育、饮食控制、适量运动和心理疏导等干预措施,对促进其向正常血糖水平的转归有重要意义。
[Objective]To analyze the effect of diabetes education,diet control,regular exercise and psychological counseling on blood glucose levels among patients with type 2 pre-diabetes（impaired glucose regulation,IGR）.[Methods]300 patients with IGR in a community were randomly divided into two groups.The intervention group was given the intervention measures according to the Guideline for Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes in China,and the non-intervention group was not given intervention measures except for the regular monitoring of blood glucose.[Results]After one year,the blood glucose levels in 18.7% of IGR patients in the intervention group returned to the normal range,and 2% had diabetes complications.In the non-intervention group,the blood glucose levels in 1.3% of IGR patients returned to the normal range,and 4.7% had diabetes complications.The difference between two groups was significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The intervention measures which include diabetes education,diet control,regular exercise and psychological counseling have a great significance for improvement of the blood glucose levels in IGR patients.
