针刺结合中药足浴辅助治疗高血压病的疗效观察

Clinical observation of effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine footbath on hypertension treatment

目的观察针刺结合中药足浴辅助治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法将80例原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组口服用硝苯地平缓释片治疗，观察组在此基础上予针刺联合中药足浴治疗，比较两组患者降压疗效、症状疗效及复发率。结果降压总有效率观察组为97．5％，对照组为90％，差异无统计学意义意义（x2=1．81，P〉0．05）；两组患者症状疗效观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义意义（x2=2．904，P〈0．05）；复发率对照组高于观察组，差异有统计学意义意义（x2=10．78，P〈0．05）。结论针刺联合中药足浴能有效地降低血压，对改善头痛、眩晕、心悸等症状效果良好，且有稳定血压效应。

Objective Toobserve the effectof acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine footbath on troatment of hypertension. Methods 80 cases of essential hypertension patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups took oral Nifedipine sustained release tablets while the observation group received acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine footbath additionally. Effect of blood pressure control, symptom control and recurrence were compared. Results Total rate of blood pressure control of the observation group and the control group were 97.5% and 90%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the groups （ X2 = 1. 81, P 〉 0. 05 ）. The observation group showed significantly better symptom control than the control group （ X2 = 2. 904, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The control group showed significantly higher recurrence than the observation group （ X2 = 10.78, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine footbath could effectively reduce blood pressure, improve symptoms and stabilize blood pressure.
