应用微型营养评价法对老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者的营养评估 被引量:6

Investigation of the nutritional status of the elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment using mini-nutritional assessment

摘要 目的了解老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者的营养状况。方法应用微型营养评价法对40例老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者进行营养评估。结果老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者营养不良发生率为12.5%,潜在营养不良发生率为67.5%,营养良好者为20%。结论老年糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者营养不良的发生率较高,大部分患者有发生营养不良的危险,医务人员应做好干预措施,纠正患者的营养状态,提高患者的健康状况。 Objective To study the nutritional status of the elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment by means of mini-nutritional assessment (MNA). Methods 40 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment were included in our study and assessed by MNA. Results In elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment, the prevalence of malnutrition, potential malnutrition and the well nourished was 12.5%, 67.5%, 20%, respectively. Conclusions The prevalence of malnutrition and the risk of malnutrition of the elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment is high. Medical personnel should be prepared to intervention measures to correct the nutritional status of patients, improve patients' health and quality of life.
