白细胞介素8在重型颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中的变化及意义

摘要 白细胞介素8(interleukin-8,IL-8)由69-79个氨基酸组成,属于有化学增活素作用的半胱氨酸家族成员,有增强中性粒细胞趋化性和激发其活性的作用。近来的实验表明IL-8参与了中枢神经系统的炎症反应。在动物模型和临床上,创伤性脑损伤(traumatic braininjury,TBI)引发以前炎症性和抗炎症性细胞因子的产生、血管黏附分子的上调及损伤脑组织内温度依赖的中性粒细胞积聚为特征的急性炎症反应。
