原发性干燥综合征合并周围神经系统受累 被引量：2

摘要 原发性干燥综合征（primary Sj6gren’ssyndrome，pSS）是一种以外分泌腺受累为主要表现的自身免疫疾病。主要表现为眼干（干燥性角结膜炎）、1：3干（口腔干燥症），同时还可有腺体外器官系统的受累，如关节、皮肤、神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统等[1]。近年来pSS神经系统受累报道逐渐增多，其中以周围神经系统受累最为常见。本文就近年来pSS合并周围神经系统病变的发病率、临床表现、发生机制及治疗作一综述。
