封闭循环海水养殖系统生物膜的培养研究

摘要 采用不同硝化菌样品、不同滤料和操作条件对封闭循环海水养殖系统的生物膜培养条件进行了优化研究,并考虑其对NH3-N的去除能力。试验表明,优选活性良好的硝化菌液、采用塑料生物小球为滤料进行挂膜效果最佳,在水温为28~30℃,盐度为30‰,溶解氧5.5 mg/L条件下,水流速由30 L/h逐渐加大至120 L/h,静态培养9 d及动态培养13 d,生物膜在封闭循环海水养殖系统中可成熟驯化。 To optimize the conditions of biofilm culture in closed recirculating mariculture system, we investigated factors of the nitrification bacteria species, filter medias, and growth parameters, such as temperature, salinity, DO, flow rate, on the removal of NH3-N. The results demonstrated that the optimal colonization of biofilm was observed in systerm using plastic bio-balls with bacteria solution of good nitrification activity. The operation process of temperature between 28 ℃ and 30 ℃, salinity 30 %o, dissolved oxygen 5.5 mg/L, with flow rate increased from 30L/h to 120 L/h, and static and dynamic cuhuration for 9, and 13 days respectively, resluted in successful demostication.
