摘要
在配合煤中分别添加经过预处理的4种废塑料,利用小焦炉进行炼焦实验,对所得的焦炭的冷热态强度进行了检测。实验结果表明,利用本实验的废塑料预处理方法,除处理聚乙烯外,配加另外3种废塑料炼焦后,焦炭的冷热态强度均未明显下降,甚至有所提高。根据焦化企业生产情况,提出了合理的应用技术方案,可在条件成熟时投入使用该技术。
Interfused by four kinds of pretreatment waste plastic, mixed coal was carbonized in the small coke oven, and then cold and hot strength of produced coke were tested. Experimental results showed that the cold and hot strength of produced coke didn't obviously decrease, and even improved by use of the new waste plastics pretreatment method alter mixed coal was carbonized, interfused the other three kinds of waste plastics except waste polyethylene plastics. According to the production condition of coking enterprises, the reasonable application technology solutions is put forward, by which, this technology can be immediately put into use when time is ripe.
