摘要
本文对两种X60级输油(气)管线钢环焊接头在系列温度下的断裂韧性(COD)进行了试验研究,对影响断裂韧性的显微组织因素进行了分析讨论,对用COD值来评定管线钢及其焊接接头的韧脆转化能力进行了探讨。
In this paper, the fracture toughness COD of the circular welded joints of two kinds of X60-grade pipeline steel is investigated under a series of temperature. Microstructure factors affecting fracture toughness are analysed, and it is also discussed how to evaluate with COD value the capability of pipeline steel and its welded joints to transit from toughness to brittleness.
